Owners Caroline Malkin and Rosalind Prather are thrilled to bring a new perspective on the childcare industry to the North Texas and greater DFW area. As former nannies themselves, they understand the importance of finding care you can trust and are passionate about enhancing the quality of in-home child care. From the earliest stages of development, both partners have shared a commitment to creating a company that reflects the highest standards in the industry, meets the needs of families in our community and provides superior, personalized service.
Rosalind keeps the creative juices flowing, is obsessed with creating an awesome experience for both families and nannies and is constantly seeking to take TC to new heights. She serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Client Relations Director for both the Tucson and Southlake Locations. An industry leader and successful “momtrepreneur,” Rosalind has helped grow Trusting Connections from a small 2-woman operation in Tucson, Arizona to a growing agency of over 75 employees and oversaw the agency’s expansion into the Southlake market. Most importantly, she the proud mother of two girls and has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting. Rosalind has been a speaker for the International Nanny Association and the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies’ annual conferences. She has also made appearances on News 4 KVOA in Tucson as a local child care expert. She is married to Bryan, her cowboy and true soulmate and considers family life and motherhood her greatest joy.
Caroline truly makes it all happen. She is TC’s Flex Director for both the Tucson and Southlake locations and in this capacity she manages Trusting Connection’s exceptional team of child care professionals. She is also Tucson’s resident “matchmaker” and provides parents with support, guidance and personalized child care solutions and skillfully connects families with compatible nannies. Caroline has received formal training as a Certified Postpartum Doula and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to our agency, especially regarding newborn care. She is actively involved with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and was even given their “Member of the Year” award. She is also on the Pima Community College Foundation Board and the International Nanny Association Board of Directors. When she’s not traveling for work or behind a desk working tirelessly for our families, you can find Caroline enjoying her UA season football tickets by cheering on the Wildcats, wining and dining in a trendy downtown restaurant or just laying low with her second half, Austin.
