Rosalind has spent her career working extensively with children and families as a professional nanny, an educator and a consultant and now serves as the Marketing and Client Relations Director for both the Tucson and Southlake Locations. Rosalind is an industry leader with expertise in child development and family dynamics and has extensive experience matching compatible families and nannies. She helped grow Trusting Connections from a small 2-woman operation in Tucson, Arizona to a growing agency of over 75 employees and oversaw the agency’s expansion into the Southlake market. Rosalind is also the proud mother of two girls and has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting. She gives extra scrutiny to every nanny she interviews and asks, “Is this someone I would entrust to my children?”
Rosalind has been a speaker at the International Nanny Association Conference in both Los Angeles and Louisville and has made appearances on News 4 KVOA in Tucson as a local child care expert. She is also the author of Trusting Connections blog and newsletter. As a successful “momtrepreneur,” Rosalind also offers consulting services to other agency owners looking to transform an existing business and is especially passionate about providing invaluable guidance to new agency owners.
Caroline has been in the childcare industry for over 10 years. She gained extensive experience working with families and children of all ages as a professional nanny and later became a Certified Postpartum Doula. As a doula she has helped many families during the postpartum period by providing breast feeding support and resources, education on infant care and promoting a positive transition for the family and their newborn. Caroline is also trained to work with mothers experiencing perinatal mood disorders and is a member of the Tucson Postpartum Depression Coalition and Mother Baby Wellness Coalition. She shares her knowledge and expertise as an instructor and group facilitator and has taught numerous classes. As the Flex Division Director, Caroline manages Trusting Connection’s skilled team of over 75 child care professionals. Her top priority is to provide Trusting Connection’s clients with exceptional nannies and sitters who are trained, knowledgeable and nurturing. As the Placement Director and TC’s official “matchmaker” she provides parents with support, guidance and personalized child care solutions and skillfully connects families with compatible nannies. She is actively involved with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is also on the Pima Community College Foundation Board and the International Nanny Association Board of Directors.
Sabrina is Trusting Connections’ longest-standing employee. She began as a nanny at Trusting Connections Tucson and is now the Placement Coordinator for the TC’s Southlake, TX location. Sabrina has extensive experience working in the childcare industry, having worked as a sleep-away camp counselor, daycare teacher, and preschool music teacher before joining the Trusting Connections team. As a nanny, Sabrina has worked for a multitude of families ranging from overnights for newborn twins to providing care for young teenagers. She was awarded both nanny of the month and nanny of the quarter during her first six months of employment with Trusting Connections. As the Placement Coordinator, Sabrina is Southlake’s resident “matchmaker” and carefully matches families with compatible nannies and is passionate about helping families find the perfect fit.
Sabrina is also a professional harpist who has performed internationally on several occasions and has a Master’s degree in music education from the University of Arizona. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys traveling, hiking, and throwing dinner parties for her friends.
Guy Maddalone is a 25-year veteran of the payroll, human resource, and employment services industry and is widely-recognized as the nation’s household employment expert. Originally starting with the placement of home healthcare and eldercare services, Guy expanded his business to include nannies and other household staff, and named the company A New England Nanny. In 1991, he founded GTM Payroll Services to provide payroll and tax administration for households, the first in the industry.
